This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter and their group companies, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
Entry via order number number must be received by 23:59 GMT/BST on 18th February 2026. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Automatically generated entries or entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered. Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned. If drawn as the winner, in order to claim the prize the winner must provide valid proof of purchase via email.
Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.

All valid and correctly completed entries received by the closing date will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 25th of February 2026 to win the following. The prize FOR one winner is as follows:
A money can't buy experience for the winner and a friend to visit the plantaholic haven of viral plant-whisperer, Jonny Balchandani AKA The Bearded Plantaholic), and receive a £100 voucher each to spend in Jonny’s shop.
Jonny will take the winner and their friend on a tour of the shop AND his indoor home jungle and gardens.

When: Date to be mutually agreed upon by Jonny and winner. Taking place no later than a year after the prize has been accepted. In the event that the winner cannot make these dates, no alternative dates will be possible and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a substitute winner.
Reasonable travel expenses will be covered by the promoter to Castlemorton, Malvern WR13 6BN, UK, for the winner and their friend from their normal places of residence.
Other than those specified above, the promoter shall not be liable for any costs or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with this prize and does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by the winner as result of accepting this prize.
The prizes are non-transferrable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The promoters’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date (i.e. by March 24th, 2026). The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of the promoter sending notification. To claim the prize, the winner must provide valid proof of pre-order (matching the pre-order number submitted on the form by email) via email. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
